This is a Expanded Pure Graphite Braided Gland Packing having purity of graphite of 99.5%. This packing is chemically inert, highly resilient with self lubricating low frictional co-efficient and having high thermal conductivity.

This packing is also treated with anti frictional graphite lubricant to accommodate self adjustment on tightening of the gland. This special lubricant also prevents seepage/leakage through the braiding. Further, sacrificial metal corrosion inhibitor is incorporated into the packing to prevent galvanic corrosion of the Sleeves/ shaft.
It enjoys the advantages of a braided packing having high Flexibility / Resiliency and also having all the characteristics of Flexible Pure Graphite i.e. the Packing does not contain oil, grease or binder of any kind. This packing dissipates heat properly as it is a good thermal conductor leading to its longer, leakage free life.

Service Recommendations:
Superheated and saturated steam, Non-oxidising fluids, Dyes and Chemicals, Fuel oil & Lube Oil, Hydrocarbon etc.

This versatile high performance packing is plaited from
Graphite Filled Expanded Ptfe Yarn. Due to this unique combination this packing has high thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, lubricity, low friction, minimum shaft wear and universal chemical resistance. The packing is non hardening. Extremely suitable for slurry applications.

Service Recommendations For centrifugal, rotary pumps, agitators, mixers and low pressure valves, handling chemicals, caustics, acids, solvents, dyes, white and black liquor, oils, pulp and paper, abrasive materials etc.
Not Recommended For Fluorine, Strong Oxidsing Agents,Fuming Nitric Acid, Oleum, Aqua Regia

A combination to tough ARAMID fiber yarn in the corner and core strands and PTFE GRAPHITE yarn on the seam strands. This structure generates maximum resistance to extrusion; simultaneously the graphite PTFE yarn on the sides of the packing imparts thermal conductivity and lubricity for cooler shaft running.

Service Recommendations :
Highly suitable for applications on abrasive fluids and slurries in centrifugal and reciprocating pump at high temperature and under high pressure for acids, alkalies, organic and inorganic solvents, chemicals, sewage water, oils, gases, paper and pulp mills.

Not Recommended For Fluorine, Nitric Acid,
Aqua Regia And Strong Oxidsiers.

The packing is combination of tough high strength ARAMID fiber yarn on corners and PTFE lubricated yarn on the sides. The positioning of tough ARAMID yarn with negligible friction of PTFE Yarn renders the packing best suited for high pressure rotating and reciprocating applications. The packing constituents have very low thermal expansion, good dimensional stability and creep resistance under high pressure applications.

Service Recommendations Best for sealing wide range of slurry and high pressure pumps, agitators, valves, mixers, in chemicals, acids, alkalies, most gases, petroleum fertilizers oils, steam, aromatic solvents, ammonia and CARBAMATE services.Not Recommended For Oxygen And Oxidant Alcohols. Preferred Use Against Abrasive Media In Slurries, Mixers And Agitators.

High grade asbestos fibre yarn Duplex Braided packing impregnated with special PTFE suspensoid for severe caustic and other corrosive chemicals, solvent, oils and petroleum by products & oxygen service.

The packing is manufactured from PURE PTFE yarn impregnated with PTFE dispersion by a special process. The packing has dimensional stability, high compressibility and low coefficient of friction.

Service Recommendations:
For valve, reciprocating rods, centrifugal pumps, mixers, corrosive gases, acids and alkalies, ammonia, solvents, hydrocarbons, food stuff and pharmaceutical industries.
